ADHD Product Directory
Editorial policy
Our articles offer practical information about apps and strategies for everyday focus challenges.
How articles are prepared
Editorial topics, research notes and drafts are prepared through a local Codex workflow. Research and writing use no paid AI or search APIs. Checked source records, article revisions and release schedules are uploaded to the directory’s private content store.
Automated checks review editorial rules, factual claims against recorded sources, search metadata, internal links and images. A scheduled article is released only when the required checks pass for its current revision. These checks reduce errors but do not guarantee that every statement is correct.
Our descriptions are informational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or a promise that an app will improve symptoms. We do not claim personal testing unless an article clearly says what was tested and by whom.
Sources and corrections
Articles link to evidence where practical. We prefer official product information for features and pricing, and use independent sources for broader context when available. Product details can change after publication.
If you find a factual error or an outdated detail, use the contact page and include the article link and supporting information. We will review the report and update or remove claims that cannot be supported.
Affiliation and independence
ADHD Product Directory is operated by the team behind Heyday Focus. This affiliation is disclosed so readers can judge the context of our recommendations. Payment or listing status does not decide an editorial verdict.
Editorial content is informational and may become outdated. Check the linked source and product provider for current details.
