I have ADHD. I've tried hundreds of focus tools.
ADHD Product Directory is a personal project. Just me, trying to make it easier to find a tool that actually fits how your brain works.
I've tried an embarrassing number of focus apps. Some helped for a week, some made things worse, a few stuck. The problem was never the apps — it was having no way to know which ones were built for minds like mine before spending money and time on them. So I started keeping a list, then testing things systematically.
Every app here is manually reviewed. I write the descriptions myself and try to be honest about where something works and where it doesn't. Apps are tagged by the problem they address, the approach they take, and the platforms they support — so you can filter by what actually matters to your situation.
I also build Heyday, a Chrome extension that reshapes your environment instead of hard-blocking it. It's listed here like any other app, with honest trade-offs noted. Helping people find the right tool is more valuable than convincing everyone that one approach works for everyone.
